Production Time:
2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Once your item is custom-made and passes quality inspection, it will be dispatched for delivery.

We ship worldwide using reliable international and regional courier companies, including:

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Additional local couriers depending on the destination country

You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.


3. Delivery Time

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days after dispatch

If a package is returned due to such issues, you will be required to pay the shipping fee again for re-shipment.
